At LEGONOMICS we have the obligation to attend to and resolve your complaints or claims within a maximum period of two (2) months from when you send us all the necessary information to our Customer Service department.
If within a period of two (2) months we have not resolved your claim or you are not satisfied with the result, you can file a claim with the Claims Service of the Bank of Spain, which will deal with any claim arising from alleged breaches of the regulations of transparency and protection of the client of financial services.
